Skin care.....tips for healthy skin....

hi friends...this is the first blog I am writing... I am really confused what to write or what to share with you..so lets start with some feminine matters... We all know about beauty problems..there are lots of products..some of them are so much costly that very few people afford them..others are reasonable..so we use it.. but the question is what is the difference between those products? costly products works..and others dont!! then we cant have a glowing skin..unless we dont use those costly products!!! but I am sure without these products we can make our skin glow and beautiful... here are some tips which can make you beautiful.....

Eat a healthy diet

A healthy diet can help you look and feel your best. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The association between diet and acne isn't clear — but research suggests that a diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and carbohydrates may promote younger looking skin.

Manage stress

Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — takes steps to manage your stress. Set reasonable limits, scale back your to-do list and make time to do the things you enjoy. The results may be more dramatic than you expect.

Feel Good

The most important thing is to feel good about yourself..Be confident about what you do..and what you feel..I have seen or read so many beauty tips..to make your skin glow..but the I have no idea how they works..but when a person feels good from inside,,it always helps to make you beautiful..
