Somewhere I read these lines..simple but so meaningful..We express our attitude negatively or positively, in other word our emotion, feelings, thoughts keep changing according to the situation..and we react accordingly.Like when I have a good feeling towards other I will definitely have a good attitude towards them.But the very next day it can change. It is true that positive thinking and motivational reading can lift our self confidence and work in helping us to move in the direction of our ultimate destination. But we have to work on it. Nobody can help us to move on to the light unless we wish to move on.
Often people complain about their "boring and monotonous" life with lots of irritating problems. The problem is how to find the power to analyze everything in a good light, when facts can’t get worse than they already are. May be we can detach ourselves from the facts, to be just a neutral, curious observer. we must remember that those things are temporary and we have to move on, no matter what. Also, if we train ourselves to smile a lot (but definitely not foolish) and be kind to the people around us, we might discover that, actually, this is an effective medicine against bad thoughts. A healthy attitude towards life can sometimes make wonders.
