Sauteed Chicken Breasts with Fresh Herbs



Summer meals should be simple, light, easy to prepare and quick to cook. Boneless, skinless chicken breasts fit the bill perfectly. This recipe is a simple and delicious way to enjoy chicken breasts. The chicken is roasted to perfection with a mixture of herbs and olive oil. Fresh herbs are wonderful in this dish, with a smell of lemon for a little tangy taste.

6 chicken breasts, boneless, split

2 tbsp. olive oil

1 tbsp lemon juice 
1 tbsp finely chopped garlic
Mixed herbs ( you can get it from any departmental store) 
Black pepper
Salt
Chili flakes  
Marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice, finely chopped garlic, mixed herbs , black pepper ans chili flakes. Keep aside for for 2 hours. Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil. Place the marinated chicken and cook until it is done. Turn the other side during cooking. 
Serve hot with salad and french fries or simple make a rice with spring onion and pepper. Both make nice combination with the chicken.
