Ladies finger, mostly known for bad reputation in Vegetables (at least in my home), no body likes them because of its sliminess after cooking.
Hence I picked this bhindi recipe, you can have this vegetable in a chatpata way. The okra is first fried crispy and then mixed with spices. 1 tsp chaat masala
1/4 tsp chilli powder
4 tbsp oil
salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Wash and dry the bhindi. Cut into very thin slices.
Heat the oil on a high flame in a slightly deeper tava. Add the bhindi and cook until brown and crisp.
Remove the bhindi from the oil and place on absorbent paper to remove the oil. Sprinkle the chaat masala, chilli powder, Lemon juice and salt and toss well.
