show-stopper. It is both rich and delicious!
60gm sugar (grinded/castor)
2 tbsps Butter
First, add 1 tbsp. of the water into the sugar. Melt on VERY LOW heat until the sugar melts and caramelises to a golden brown color. Immediately add the remaining milk and butter, stir well and let it be cool . pour this syrup into your greased cake pan.
Sugar 3/4 cup
Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon
½ pieces bread
Heat milk either in a microwave oven or on gas flame. Add butter to the bread pieces soak in little hot milk for 5 mins. Break eggs into a bowl, add, vanilla essence and soaked breads. Mix with a whisk. Pour the egg-milk mixture into the mould. Bake the mixture for 30 mins. Remove when done. Serve, with caramel sauce.
