Eggless Chocolate Cake

Chocolates bring big smiles on our faces! Here is an easy to make Eggless Chocolate Cake recipe that tastes as good as it looks.

• 1 1/3 cups Refined Flour
• 1 cup White Sugar
• Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
• Butter
• Milk 3/4 cup
• 2 tsp Baking Soda
• 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Cut the butter into cubes. Grease a Microwave proof dish. Melt butter in a Microwave proof bowl in the for one minute.

In another bowl sieve refined flour and baking powder. Mix the melted butter and chocolate powder well. Add powdered sugar, vanilla essence and mix. Add the flour mixture and mix. Correct the consistency by adding milk. Add walnuts, cashews and raisins and mix gently.

Transfer the mixture into the greased Microwave proof dish. Bake in the Microwave at HIGH (100%) for 15 minutes. Allow standing time of five minutes. Cool, slice and serve.
